Course Curriculum
1. Yoga Asanas (Postures): Students will learn the correct alignment, modifications, and benefits of various yoga asanas. They will study different categories of poses, such as standing, seated, balancing, and inversions, and how to sequence them effectively.
2. Pranayama (Breathing Techniques): Students will learn different pranayama techniques, including deep belly breaths, alternate nostril breathing, Kapalabhati, and more. They will understand the importance of breath control and how it
impacts physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
3. Meditation and Mindfulness: Students will explore various meditation techniques and mindfulness practices. They will learn how to cultivate present-moment awareness, develop focus and concentration, and cultivate a calm and peaceful mind.
4. Anatomy and Physiology: A fundamental understanding of the human body and its systems is crucial for safe
and intelligent yoga practice. Students will study the skeletal, muscular, respiratory, and nervous systems, as well as how they relate to yoga postures.

- Your training fees are Non-Refundable Once you join the course. The Initial enrolment fee is Non- refundable but it allows you to choose to join other months courses within 1 year of the enrolment validity scheme.
- Transfer to another month course is only applicable once with advance 45 days written notice.
- Applicable from the Day of Registration. For transfer to the course month, you need to send us a written notice via email at least 45 Days in advance.
- Any request for cancellation or transfer to another month will not be accepted within 45 Days before starting the course.

In case of Cancellation for any reason or No-Show – Your deposited amount will be forfeited.2nd request to transfer to another month course will not be accepted and you need to send us a fresh request for joining. Rishikesh Vinyasa School reserves right to refuse your admission if you do not pay the balance fee in CASH upon arrival. Once you check In, Joined the course and then wishes to cancel will not be accepted and your Full payment of the fee will be forfeited.
